Qualifications:
- A degree in Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Medical Laboratory Science; an advanced degree is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare quality improvement
- Proficient with digital tools and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in implementation of SafeCare Standards will be an advantage
